Ron Wright

Ron Wright, 76, a Kingsport native and East Tennessee's true wrestling legend took his last breath at home with his family by his side on April 21, 2015. He was a loving family man and will always be in our hearts and in our thoughts.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Everette and Ola Wright; a son, Charlie Wright; a niece, Cathy Skelton; and a step-granddaughter, Lori Toth.

Ron is survived by his wife, Teresa Wright; daughters, Sherry McKenzie and husband, Bobby, and Terry Carpenter and husband, Larry; sons, Terry Brown, Joshua Wright, David Wright, and Justin Wright; sister, Jean Skelton; brother, Don Wright; granddaughter, Lauren Lyons; grandson, Oliver Kanipe; great-step-granddaughter, Maddie Toth; and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

There will be a Celebration of Life gathering on Saturday from 4 to 7 pm at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport.
