A. B. Good, 95, of Fall Branch, died Sunday morning November 27, 2011 at Four Oaks
Healthcare Center in Jonesborough after a brief illness.
He was a lifelong resident of Washington County and retired from Pet Dairy in 1978 after 33 years of service. A. B. was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James P. & Dola Keys Good; 4 sisters, Ollie Good, Onnie Walden, Leoma Usary, and Luly Oliver; 4 brothers, James Paris Good infant, Lola Good, Roy Clarence Good, and twin brother, Frank D. Good.
He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Louella Cox Good of Jonesborough; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 29, from 12:30 - 2 p.m. at Oak Hill Baptist Church in Jonesborough. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. at the church with Rev. Vic Wallace and Dr. Joe Blankenship officiating. Graveside services will follow the funeral service at Oak Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ken Adams, Shannon Zukas, Jack Buck, Jake Cassell, Stephen Wine and Cody Wine. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dale Oliver, Paul Cox, Roy Webb and members of his Sunday School Class,
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials be made to Oak Hill Baptist Church, 2501 Highway 81, Jonesborough, TN 37659.
