Aileen Harr Runion, 82 , passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at her home in Blountville after an extended illness. Aileen was a graduate of Blountville High School and a life-long member of Cassidy United Methodist Church
She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Tom Runion; father and mother, Henry D. and Ethel E. Harr; sister-in-law, Jane Ann Harr; and brother-in-law, Bill Steadman.
Aileen is survived by her sister, Helen Harr Steadman of Blountville; brother, Harold Wayne Harr of Franklin; Sisters-in-law, Rotha Peterson and husband, Paul; Marilyn Kounovsky and husband, Mike; brother-in-law, Glenn Runnion; nephews David Wayne Harr and wife Tracy; Harold Lee Harr and wife Amy; and great-nieces and nephews Avery, Ryan, Emma, Hudson and Jackson Harr, all of Brentwood.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12-1:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Services will follow at 1:00 pm in the chapel with Rev. Chris Brown officiating. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Steadman, Jim Tatum, Vance Baker, Jamie McDavid, Ralph Norris, Lynn Feagins and Dave Harr.
