Ann C. Williams

Nancy Ann Chase Williams, Kingsport, TN, passed away late Monday evening, December 29, 2014, at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center following an extended illness. Ann was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and a graduate of Sullivan High School, class of '56. She was a mail carrier for a number of years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Kate Chase and Claude Thomas Chase, and sister, Eva Ruth Chase.

Ann is survived by her husband, Roger Williams of the home; five daughters, Teresa Dailey of Kingsport, Debbie Johnson and husband, Tony of Kingsport, Robin Levesque and husband, Edward of Sweetwater, TX, Kathy Peace of Kingsport, and Dionne Williams Rogers and her husband, Brian of Murfreesboro, TN; eight grandchildren, Andrea Hensley, Lee Peace and wife, Sarah, Nathan Hartsell and wife, Keri, Jonathan Peace and wife, Tia, Lyndsey Johnson, Reilly Peace, London Rogers and Jack Rogers; one great-granddaughter, Taylor DeZarn; sister, Shirley Della Carter of Kingsport; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 11-1:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm with Rev. Paul Hite officiating. Burial will follow the service in East Lawn Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Joe Selby, William Wagner, JC Wagner, Richard Chapman, Alfred Chapman, Patrick Manning and Donnie McCann. Honorary pallbearers will be the class of 1956, Sullivan High School.
