Anthony "Big A" Williams

Anthony "Big A" Williams, 50, Kingsport, went to be with God late Thursday, January 3, 2019, following an extended period of poor health. Anthony was born in Kingsport where he lived his entire life. He was a graduate of Sullivan South, class of '86.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Eva, in 1993.

Anthony is survived by his father and step-mother, Darrell and Patsy Williams of the home; brother, David Williams; 2 nephews; 1 niece; and several aunts and uncles.

The family will receive friends from 12-2:00 pm on Monday, January 7, 2019 at Pentecost Independent Freewill Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm with Pastor Eddie McAmis and Brother Shelton Meade officiating. Burial will follow in Pentecost Independent Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
