Barbara K. Lewis, 72, of Bristol, TN., passed away Sunday evening, December 5, 2010.
She was preceded in death by her parents Sam and Olive Lewis.
Survivors include her brother, Richard Lewis and wife, Vickie of Wicomico Church, VA.; two nieces, Tashia Vaughan of Rock Hill, SC., Ashley Cauthorn of Ashland, VA.; a nephew, D. Samuel Lewis of Glen Allen, VA.; four great nieces & two great nephews; two aunts, Hazel McGaha of High Point, NC., Jean Love of Erwin, TN., Wanda Lewis of Colorado Springs, CO; two uncles, Carroll Lewis of Amarillo, TX., and Raymond Riddle of Kingsport; along with many cousins.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 in the mausoleum at Evergreen Cemetery in Erwin, TN with Rev. Kenneth Christian officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: First Christian Church, 200 E. Charlemont Ave., Kingsport, TN. 37662.
