Belinda Hudson Henry, 57, Kingsport, TN, passed away Sunday, July 1, 2007 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center following a brief illness.
She was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and was a former employee of Kingsport Times News having worked in circulation for fourteen years.
Mrs. Henry was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louia Hammonds, parents, Lyle Milford and Mary Kathleen Sexton Hudson, son, Jeffrey Henry, brother, Ronald Lee Hudson, Sr., and dear friend Mancel Sutherland.
Surviving are two daughters, Jeannie Henry Bernard, Louisa Hammonds and fiancé Benny Moore, son, Tony Hammonds and fiancée Angel Quillen, two sisters, Judy Dalton Brooks and husband Fred, Donna Reeves, three brothers, Ronald Lee Hudson, Sr., Gary Lyle Hudson, and William Joe Hudson, Sr., eight loving grandchildren; special nieces and nephews, Tasha Hudson, Tiny Dalton, Lynn Hudson, Little Joe Hudson, Trisha Kitchens, special friends, Janie Jones Snapp and husband James E.; Elsie Cunningham, Bob and Jan Roberts, Betty Ball, Maggie Williams, Lester Ensor, Ruth Clark, Janet Linkous, Geraldine Waters, and Buddy Henry.
A memorial service will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. Friday, July 6, 2007 at Long Island Evangelical Church with Rev. James E. Snapp and Rev. Jack Morelock officiating.
