Bernice Hauk Lemons
Bernice Hauk Lemons, 88, Kingsport, passed away Friday, November 28, 2008 at Brookhaven Manor.
She was born in Kingsport and had resided most of her life in Oak Ridge. Mrs. Lemons was a member of Cassidy United Methodist Church in Kingsport.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Bill Lemons; parents, John and Barbara Hauk; son-in-law, Jim Killian; four brothers, Horace Hauk, J. W. Hauk, Nev Andrew Hauk, and Paul Hauk; and two sisters, Kathryn Holt and Edith McConnell.
She is survived by one daughter, Dinah Killian of Kingsport; one sister, Mary Denton of Kingsport; several nieces and nephews; and several extended family members in Wyoming and Florida.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Oak Ridge Memorial Park in Oak Ridge, TN.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brookhaven Manor, 2035 Stonebrook Place, Kingsport, TN 37660.
