Bertha Mae Dean, 84, of Kingsport, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude Dean and Nellie Meade Dean; sisters, Alberta, Nannie Bell, and Minnie Pearl; and brother, Cowan.
Surviving are three brothers, Bobby J. Dean and wife Patricia of Kingsport, Paul C. Dean and wife Margaret of Church Hill, and Opie Dean and wife Linda of Gate City, VA; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Holston View Cemetery with Rev. Nicholas Winstead officiating.
