Beulah ?Boots? Lane Ball, 84, of Kingsport went to be with the Lord Thursday, April 19, 2007, at Wexford House.
She was born in Scott County, Virginia, to the late James and Salley Lane; but she had lived in Kingsport most of her life. Mrs. Ball was a homemaker.
Her husband, Arthel ?Art? Ball; a sister, Grace Dingus; and a brother, James Farley Lane, Jr. preceded her in death.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Rev. William Dingus officiating. Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. Monday at Mountain Home National Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one?s choice.
