Bill Frye, Sr., 96, Kingsport, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2016 at Nova Healthcare in Scott County, Virginia.
He was preceded in death in by his wife, Emma Curran Frye, and two sons, Bill Frye, Jr., and Bobby Joe Frye.
Bill is survived by his sister, Mattie Sue Hamblen; grandson, Billy Frye and wife, Terry; granddaughter, Jodie Roberts; grandson, BJ Frye and wife, Jessica; granddaughter, Angie Gove and husband, Lee; granddaughter, Jamie Henry; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday at 12:30 pm at Oak Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Paul Blessing officiating.
