Bill Trent

William Linwood Trent, 34, Blountville, died Wednesday afternoon, April 11th, at Warriors Path State Park. Born in Bristol, Tennessee, he grew up in Kingsport and was a graduate of Sullivan North High School. Bill formerly worked at Mr. Gatti's and Burger King in Kingsport. He attended Bloomingdale Assembly of God and Evangel Family Worship Center. Bill enjoyed music and loved playing his guitar.

He is survived by his parents, JoAnn and Sam Trent of Blountville; brother, James Trent and wife, Kayla of Surgoinsville, TN; sister, Amanda Goad and husband, Scott of Kingsport; brother, Aaron Trent of Blountville; two nephews, Jackson Goad and Jared Goad; niece, Jenna Trent; and Bill's girlfriend, Laura Holdway Fields.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 17th, at 6:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport with Rev. Arthur Collins, Rev. Charles Bogle and Rev. Tim Collins officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service.
