Bill L. Watts Sr

Bill Watts, Sr., 57, of Gray, moved to his heavenly home November 9, 2013.

Bill was born in Kingsport. He was employed by Lauren Constructors. Bill previously owned Bill Watts and Associates (EFIS: exterior finish insulation system). He was better known for his favorite business, Bill's Funnel Cakes. His favorite pastime was Texas Hold 'Em. Bill was a loving husband, dad, grandfather, brother and friend to all.

He was preceded in death by his parents Pete and Ruth Watts; brothers Bobby and Ronald Hutson.

Bill is survived by his wife Pat Osborne of Gray; children Billy Watts, Jr. and Krista of Kingsport, Stephanie Gilbert and husband Mike of Church Hill, Samuel Osborne and wife Penny of Gray and Dusty Osborne of Gray; seven grandchildren Chance, Kaleb, Kloe, Cody, Emily, Holly, and Kylie; sisters, Linda Cox Fields and husband Lonnie of Gray, and Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Bailey of Kingsport; brother, Walter "Buster" Watts of Kingsport; special friend Dub Sumner; niece Nicole Godsey and husband Jake, children Braden and Hannah; and several cousins.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 8:00 p.m. with Pastor Chris Castle officiating.

The graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 13, 2013, at Liberty Hill Cemetery.
