This is John and Lisa Payne. We thought the world of Bill. When we came to the Kingsport area, he gave me my first job here, helped me make my dreams come true by helping with my first property, and most of all, he and the entire family welcomed me and my family with wide open arms. Bill and the Gilreath family will always have a place in our hearts. We thank all of you. We love you Bill, and hope you will welcome us when it is our turn to rest. Love John Payne and family

We are so sorry to hear about Bill's passing. He was one of the first people we met when we moved here in 1995, and was a good neighbor and friend. His kindness was much appreciated. Our sincere sympathy to Faye, Jeff, and the entire family.

Billy was a special man who enjoyed helping others. I worked with him at the cancer center. When we had trouble getting supplies we could always count on Billy to somehow find exactly what we needed. He has secret connections. He will be greatly missed. All of the family is in my prayers.

What a sweet man this earthly world lost. I volunteered with him at the cancer center. He was just the sweetest and enjoyed working with him so much. I know how much he missed his son and we would chat about that. My condolences to the family.
