Bradley Joseph Perkey

Bradley Joseph Perkey, 2 days old, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

He was preceded in death by great-uncle, Bradford Dean Woods and great-grandfather, Kenneth Eugene Troutman.

Bradley is survived by parents, Alisha Smith and Richard Perkey; grandparents, Kevin Smith and wife, Amy and Tammy Laws and fiancé, Ronnie Hyder; great-grandparents, Joseph Miller and wife, Charlotte; aunts and uncle, Chelsea Smith, Charlotte Collins and husband Allen, Jennisa Freeman and husband, Bobby; cousins, Tamara and Hailey Collins and Mason Freeman.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 29, 2011 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport with services to follow at 8:00 pm with Rev. Roy Reed officiating.

Graveside services will be on Sunday, October 30, 2011 at 2:00 pm at Holston View Cemetery.

Special thanks to Heather Bise, Jennifer Schoondyke with Kari's Heart Foundation, the medical staff at Vanderbilt Medical Center, Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home and all of the people that have followed Bradley's journey.
