Brandi Mae Darnell
Brandi Mae Darnell, 21, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and had graduated from Family Christian Academy. She attended Northeast State Community College. Brandi loved animals and also loved to sing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Terry and Marissa Darnell; grandparents, Ralph and Virginia Darnell, Harold Olterman, Sylvia Larkins; and infant sister, Chasity Darnell.
Surviving are her sister, Ashley Taylor and husband, Russell, of Kingsport, one nephew, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Services will follow at 7:00, with the Rev. Dr. David A. Cagle officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Tri-Cities Memory Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
