Brenda Sue Faulkner
Brenda Sue Faulkner, 62, went to be with the Lord on Sunday January 10, 2010 at Indian Path Medical Center after a brief illness. A lifelong resident of Sullivan County, Brenda retired from Holston Valley Medical Center where she worked as a unit secretary for 39 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
Brenda is survived by two daughters, Pennie Crisp and husband Steve of Kingsport and Kim Isbell and husband Jerry of Johnson City; son, Chad Faulkner and wife Misty of Horse Shoe, NC; eight grandchildren, Caleb Byrd, Dylan Crisp, Taylor and Tyra Faulkner, McKenzie Crisp, Tiffany Faulkner, Anthony Isbell, and Matthew Isbell; and a brother, Billy Dean of Lakeland, FL.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m.
The family would like to thank the ICU nurses at Indian Path Medical Center for their care.
