Brenda Ferguson, 34, of Jonesborough, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Johnson City Medical Center.
She was a graduate of Daniel Boone High School.
Her father, Flemins Ferguson; one brother, Leeroy Ferguson; and one sister, Barbara Qualls preceded her in death.
Brenda is survived by her mother, Rosie Ferguson, Jonesborough; one sister, Elizabeth Prescott, Duffield, VA; four brothers, Cecil Ferguson and wife Faye of Kingsport, Rev. Steve Ferguson and wife Joyce of Chuckey, Terry Ferguson and Billy Joe Ferguson, both of Jonesborough; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch with services to follow at 7 p.m.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at the Ferguson Family Cemetery in Jonesborough. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
