Brenda Vicars

Brenda Vicars, 64, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 17, 2012 at her home.

Brenda was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and a member of Emory United Methodist Church.

Her parents, Raymond and Juanita Morse; one sister, Jean Lemmons; and three brothers, Ernest Morse, Don Morse, and John Morse Jr. preceded her in death.

Brenda is survived by her two sons, Eric Vicars of Blountville and Tim Vicars and wife Kari of Kingsport; six grandchildren, Ashley, Hannah, Tyler, Darren, Jessica, and Harley; two sisters, Margaret Roller and husband Fred and Kay Morse, all of Kingsport; two brothers, Paul Morse and wife Joyce of Morristown and Randy Morse of Kingsport; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Services will follow at 8 p.m. at the funeral home with Dr. Roy Graves officiating.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at East Lawn Memorial Park. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
