Brian Donald Davenport, 39, Fall Branch, TN; left this world on Thursday, April 9th due to injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.
Brian accepted Christ in January 2009 during revival at Oak Glen Baptist Church. He was a loving and caring son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be dearly missed until that glad reunion day when we see him again.
He was preceded in death by his father Darold Davenport, paternal grandparents James and Maggie Davenport, maternal grandparents Rice and Belle Morrison and uncles Haynes, Waldon, Gaynes, J.B. Morrison, Charles, Bill and Doris Davenport.
He is survived by his mother, Willidene Davis and husband Paul of Kingsport, sister Lori Davenport and niece, Hannah Thomas of the home, brother and sister-in-law Danny and Kathy Davenport, Fall Branch, TN; nephew Bradley Davenport, Fall Branch, TN; nieces: Heather Davenport, Knoxville, TN; and Porsche Compton of Kingsport, TN; great nephew, Riley Compton, Kingsport, TN; best friend, Freddy Franklin and wife Cathryn, Fall Branch, TN; aunts and uncles- Raymond and Susie Gregory, Johnny and Linda Davenport, James and Joyce Morrison, Eddie Davenport and several cousins; special friends, Jesse Kimberlin and Carter Poore.
Calling hours are 5-7:00 p.m. Sunday at the Fall Branch Chapel of Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes and any time at his mother's residence.
Services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Sunday in the Fall Branch Chapel with
Dr. Lester Morelock officiating. Special singing will be provided by Billie Wayne Arrington.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Oak Glen Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Davenport, Bill Morrison, Wayne Morrison, Mike Johnson and Robert Scott. Honorary Pallbearer is Freddy Franklin.
