Brian Kistner

Brian Kistner, 48 of Chuckey, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 7, 2023. Born in Kingsport, he had resided most of his life in the Fall Branch community. Brian graduated from Daniel Boone High School in 1993. He had worked at Huf of North America in Greeneville. Brian was a long-time member of Lovelace Baptist Church. He was an avid Tennessee Volunteer, New England Patriots and Atlanta Braves fan.

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Sam Kistner; mother-in-law, Helen Foster; grandparents, Tom and Janie Rector, Charles and Virginia Kistner.

Survivors include his wife, Angie Foster Kistner; parents, Marvin and Louise Lawson; sisters, Michelle Knighton and husband, Tobin, Susan Bailey and husband, Matthew; father-in-law, Ernie Foster; special cousin, Jake Hunt and a host of other family members.

The family will receive friends, Sunday, August 13, 2023 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Lovelace Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Hobbie McCreary and Rev. Allen Brummett officiating. Burial  will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers include Jimmy Bishop, Brian Hunt, Rickey Foster, Jason Ricker, Kendall Trantham and Matthew Penix.
