Brooke Allison Bowders, 20, of Fall Branch, passed away Tuesday evening (July 22, 2014) at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
Born in Alexandria, VA, she had resided in Fall Branch for the past 8 years. She was a graduate of Daniel Boone High School and was attending East Tennessee State University.
Brooke is survived by her parents, Mitch and Cindy Bowders, Fall Branch; one brother, J. D. Bowders, Fall Branch; maternal grandparents, Ann Lane, Kingsport, and Haskell Lane and wife, Becky, Gray, TN; maternal great-grandmother, Thelma White, Duffield, VA; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
There will be a memorial service at 4 pm on Saturday at Hamlett-Dobson Fall Branch Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Conkin officiating.
