Candy Huckaby

Candy Huckaby, 67, Kingsport, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center following an extended illness. She was a lifelong resident of Kingsport.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William "Chick" Pierce, and one step son, Randy Huckaby.

Candy is survived by her husband of 29 years, Billy Huckaby; one daughter, Angel Vicars and husband, Chris Coffey; one step daughter, Shonna Huckaby; two step sons, Jonathan Huckaby and wife, Monica, and Brandon Huckaby; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Louise Horner and husband, Charles; two brothers, Kirby Pierce and wife, Laura, and Benny Mardones and wife, Jane; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Jimmy Phipps officiating.

The graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at Oak Hill Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be the Peacemakers Motorcycle Club and Feaster.
