Carolyn Crawford

Carolyn J. McKenzie Crawford, 69, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord Friday, November 24, 2017. Born in Kingsport, Carolyn has lived in this area most of her life. She worked for a short time at Eastman but her great success was as a mother, grandmother, and wife. Carolyn was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of 47 years, Thomas Crawford; two sons, Jason Crawford and wife Myra, and Anthony Crawford and wife Jennifer; one grandson, Matthew Thomas Crawford; one sister, Joyce McKenzie; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, November 27, 2017, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home Kingsport. The funeral service will follow with Pastor Larry Arnold officiating.
