Carolyn Neff

Carolyn Johnson Neff, 60, of Kingsport, went home to be with her children, Saturday, April 4, 2015. Born in Kingsport, she was the daughter of Betty Berry and the late J. Fred Johnson. Carolyn loved all types of music and playing cards. Her greatest love was her family.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by three children, Sherri Ann Martin, Cecil Joe Johnson and Charles David Johnson, and many friends.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, Jerry Neff; children, Henry Johnson and wife, Pam, Amy Carrico and husband, Terry, Jerry Lynn Williams and wife, Tammy, Randy Joe Martin, and Michael Neff and girlfriend, Lisa, and Gerren Neff; many grandchildren; sisters, Connie Calhoun and husband, Roger, and Cindy Johnson; brother, Karl Berry and wife, Janice; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-8:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport, with Brother Chris Christian officiating. The funeral service will follow at 8:00.

The graveside service will be conducted on Thursday at 1:00 pm at Oak Hill Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Michael Neff, Roger Calhoun, Henry Johnson, Jerry Lynn Williams, Randy Joe Martin and Jason Rose.
