Catherine Mae Winston, 56, of Jonesborough died Thursday, December 8, 2011.
Catherine's family traveled all over while her father was in the military. After high school, she moved to New York and met her late husband, Joseph James Feudi. They honeymooned in the Poconos before moving to Florida. While in Florida Catherine worked as a dental assistant. After eight years her daughter, Lucille was born and three years later her son, Caleb was born. She then worked at the Orlando Federal Credit Union. In 2005 she moved to Tennessee where she continued her banking career with the Andrew Johnson Bank.
Catherine was happy and carefree. She loved the four seasons and especially the Jonesborough area.
She was preceded in death by her father, Salvatore Winston and mother, Lucille Winston.
Survivors include her daughter, Lucille Feudi; son, Caleb Feudi; and sisters, Cindy Wooten and Linda Winston. A special thank you to her caregivers, Terry and Kim; and Jane with the ALS Association; Pastor Ed Wolff; and all who cared for her throughout her illness.
Memorials may be made in Catherine Mae Winston's name to the ALS Association of Kingsport, 214 Commerce Street, Suite 103, Kingsport, TN 37660.
The family will hold a private memorial service.
