Chad E. Cochran

Chad E. Cochran, 34, Church Hill, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 3, 2015. He was born in Johnson City, TN on January 2, 1981 to Eddie and Joanna Kyte Cochran. Chad worked as field technician for Vulcan Materials and had been formerly employed by Smokey Mountain Freight Liner. He also worked as an EMT and a volunteer firefighter at the Fall Branch Fire Department. Chad attended Crossroads Baptist Church, Fall Branch and Way of Life Baptist Church. He loved hunting, fishing and all things outdoors. Chad loved spending time playing with his children.

He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie L. Cochran, and grandfather, Dallas Kyte.

Chad is survived by his wife, Shanda Wolfe Cochran; three daughters, Sierra, Averi and Abigail; two sons, Michael and Matthew; sister, Michelle Kitzmiller; mother, Joann Cochran; grandmother, Sula Kyte; mother-in-law, Tammy Roberts; father-in-law, Phil Wolfe; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 5-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Pastor Derek Bell and Pastor Johnny Gibson officiating.

The graveside service will be conducted on Monday at 1:00 pm at Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Feagins, Mark Rice, Tim Cain, Daniel Davis, Dennis Ragosa and Isaac Ratliff. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Cochran, Matthew Cochran, Tim Kitzmiller, Alex Kitzmiller and Phil Wolfe.
