Charlcie Hartgrove

Charlcie Hartgrove of Kingsport went to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.

She was born in Hawkins County and was a resident of Kingsport. Ms. Hartgrove retired from Holiday Inn and was a charter member of Blessed Hope Baptist Church. She was a hard worker who enjoyed yard work and her flowers. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Preceding her in death were her mother, Minnie Hartgrove; two brothers, James C. Hartgrove and Robert Hartgrove; and two sisters, Margaret Marsh and Ann Hartgrove.

Surviving are one sister, Bessie H. Hartgrove of Kingsport; one brother, Herbert Hartgrove and Linda of Rogersville; and a sister-in-law, Edna Hartgrove, Surgoinsville; and several neices and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Friday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport, with funeral services to follow at the funeral home at 5:00 p.m. Pastor Stanley Sims will officiate.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Mount Carmel.
