Charles Charlie McCoy Hutson

Charles McCoy Hutson, 39, of Kingsport, died Sunday morning, April 8, 2012. Born in Austell, GA, he had resided in Kingsport for 37 years. Charlie was a graduate of Dobyns-Bennett High School and had worked for Capitol Armored Services for several years. He had a great passion for sports, especially the Atlanta Braves and the Georgia Bulldogs. Charlie was a member of Mafair United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rick Hutson; sister, Marcy Hutson; grandfathers, Alonzo Hutson and W.M. "Tom" Sullivan; maternal grandmother, Jerry Sullivan; and cousin, Karen McArthur.

Charlie is survived by his son, Hayden Chase Hutson of the home; brother, Chad Hutson of Kingsport; mother, Dee Hutson Manis and stepfather Bob Manis of Kingsport; stepbrother, Bobby Manis of Kingsport; stepsisters, Missy Manis of Kingsport and Salena Cox of Gray; paternal grandmother, Lucille Hutson of Kingsport; aunts and uncles, Donna Sullivan of Kingsport, Nancy McArthur and husband, Mark of Church Hill, and Bill Fletcher of NC; and cousins, Lisa Lindsey of Rogersville and Sarah Snapp of Jackonsville, FL.

A private graveside service will be held for the family.
