Charmaine Gray Ball, 67, of Kingsport, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her family on Monday, June 4, 2012.
She was born in Sullivan County on Nov. 9, 1944. Charmaine was of the Baptist faith and a faithful supporter of In Touch Ministries. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and by her cat, Coupe.
Charmaine was preceded in death by her parents, Kelly and Juanita Taylor of Kingsport.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy C. Ball; daughter, Paige Goforth and husband Ken, of Kingsport; son, Jimmy Ball of Knoxville, and three grandchildren, Cody Eaton, Caleb Eaton and Kennedy Goforth.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport.
Funeral services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 7 p.m. with Dr. Marvin Cameron and Rev. Jerry Hall officiating.
Entombment services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Tri-Cities Memory Gardens.
Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Scissom, Jim Brown, Jim Barker, Jimmy Shoemaker, Ronnie Lawson, Garold Nickels, Dale Overbay, and Paul Chapman.
