Christine Phillips Hite

Christine Phillips Hite, 59, Jonesborough, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 16, 2019. Christine was a graduate of North Greene High School. She had worked for the Washington County School System and had retired from the US Postal Service.

She is survived by her daughter, Natasha Welch and husband, Jeff; son, Eric Hite and wife, Hannah; 2 granddaughters, Ashton and Carmen Ellis; mother, Mary Lynn Gentry; 4 sisters, Diane Nunley, Connie McMurray and husband, David, Debbie Myers and husband, Chuck, and Becky Hicks; brother, Jeff Phillips and wife, Mechille; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 pm on Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch.  The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm.

The graveside service will be held on Friday at 11:00 am at Lovelace Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Family members will serve as pallbearers.
