Christy Glover Fink

Christy Glover Fink, 46, Kingsport, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at her parent's home. Christy was born in Kingsport and was a graduate of Sullivan South High School, class of 1985. In 1996 she moved to Mooresville, NC where she was a homemaker and cheerleading coach at South Iredell High School, Lake Norman High School and Brawley Middle School, where she won several state and national championship titles. Later she owned and operated Race City Allstars. After returning to Kingsport in 2008, she continued coaching at Top Gun Allstars. Most recently she managed Gold Star Fitness in Colonial Heights. She was known for her bubbly personality and loved by all who knew her. Christy was an avid shopper and loved to travel.

She was preceded in death by her brother, John Nicholas Cleek; maternal grandparents, Roy and Iris Smith; paternal grandparents, Hack and Margaret Cleek; and cousin, Dawn Cleek.

Surviving are her daughters, Brittany Glover and fiancé, Vince Alderete, and Ashton Glover, all of Mooresvillle, NC; grandson, Levi Alderete of Mooresville, NC; former husband and lifelong friend, Tony Glover of Mooresville, NC; parents, John and Marilyn Cleek of Kingsport; brother, Brett Cleek and wife, DeAnna of Kingsport; nieces, Candice Bender and Courtney Mauk; nephew, Nicky John Cleek; uncle, Scott Cleek and wife, Tracey; aunt, Glenda Wilson; cousins, Tim Wilson, Vicky Wilson, Donna Richardson, and Lucy Cleek; estranged husband, Keith Fink of Mt. Carmel; and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-8:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 2:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport with Pastor Steve Tilley officiating. Burial will follow at East Lawn Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Scott Cleek, Stan Pace, Mark Compton, Eric Bell, Jim Hicks, Stan Wallen and Nicky John Cleek.
