Clara Crawford Noonkester

Clara Crawford Noonkester, 73, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Holston Valley Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Born in Washington County, she had resided in Kingsport most of her life. She was a loving mother, sister and grandmother and was of the southern Baptist faith. Clara retired from TPI in Gray.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Crawford and her parents, Dick and Reba Crawford.

Clara is survived by her daughters, Shelia Shuler and husband, Allen, and Tammy Russell and husband, George; granddaughters, Amanda Carter and husband, Jeffery, and Jessica Walker and husband, Bo; grandson, Logan Russell; great-grandchildren, Ada, Ellie, Isabella and Riley; sisters, Patsy Crawford, Betty Ferguson, Mattie Brandon, Luci Zamaftas and JoAnn Tucker; and brothers, Michael, Alton, Sam and Denzel Crawford.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch with Rev. Ronnie Baxter officiating.
