Claude Taylor, 95, Kingsport, passed away Friday, June 30, 2007 at his home.
Born in Clinchport, VA, he had resided in Kingsport most of his life. Mr. Taylor was retired from Tennessee Eastman Company.
His wife, Cora Taylor and son, Don Taylor preceded him in death.
Surviving are his daughter-in-law, Bobbie Taylor, Kingsport; one grandson, Steve Taylor and wife Reta, Greeneville; one great-granddaughter, April Taylor, Greeneville; and two half-sisters, Irene Mullins, Clinchport, VA and Jimmie Lane, Weber City, VA.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Services will follow at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Michael Wrye officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Oak Hill Memorial Park. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday.
