Clifford H. Clement
Clifford H. Clement, 73, of Kingsport, formerly of Asheville, North Carolina, died quietly at his home Saturday, October 13, 2012, after a year long battle with cancer.
He served in the U.S. Air Force and retired from the V.A. Hospital in Asheville, N.C.
Clifford was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Houston and Sue Clement.
Clifford is survived by his wife, Yoshiko Clement, of Kingsport; daughter, Betty Payne and husband, John, of Kingsport; son, Clifton Clement and wife, Mary, of Jacksonville, N.C.; granddaughter, Ashley Payne; step-grandson, Chris Uricchio.
The family will have a private family service Thursday, October 18, 2012, in Asheville, N.C.
