Cynthia Leigh Sweazy, 43, Kingsport, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2007 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
Cynthia was a loving wife and mother. She was born in Alleghany County, Virginia and has resided in Kingsport since May 2004. She had been attending First Broad Street United Methodist Church, Church Circle, Kingsport, Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her 3 year old daughter, Jennifer Leanne Sweazy February 1995.
Surviving are her husband, Michael E. Sweazy of the home; two daughters, Suzanne Sweazy and Amanda Sweazy, both of the home; her parents, Jim and Carolyn Perrow, White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia; sister, Laurie Ann Massey and husband James, Gap Mills, West Virginia; nephew, James Earl Massey; niece, Jessica Massey; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Billy Joe and Joyce Sweazy, Port St. Joe, Florida; maternal grandmother, Dreama Chestnut; and maternal grandmother-in-law, Beatrice Revell.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport.
Graveside services will be conducted at Thursday 12:00 noon at Maple Dale Cemetery in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia with Rev. Frank Naglick officiating. A reception will follow at Whatcoat United Methodist Church.
