Danny F. Busler, Sr., 56, of Mount Carmel, passed away Friday evening, January 13, 2012.
Danny was a coal miner in Grundy, Virginia for several years. He was a loving husband, father and family man.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Grace Busler; brother, Donald E. Busler; and son, Danny Busler, Jr.
Survivors include his wife of 16 years, Martha Busler; son, Robert Busler and wife Traci; two daughters, Maryanne Busler and Jackie Hood and husband Travis; two stepdaughters; one stepson; eight grandchildren; seven step grandchildren; one brother, Dale Busler and wife Shirley; and one sister, Donna Dandy and husband Sam.
The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Services will follow visitation with Rev. Jerry Scalf and Chaplain Mike Pelham officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
