Danny Morrison

Danny "Ray" Morrison, Chuckey, TN, was born on March 30, 1958, and passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 10, 2010.

Ray lived his life to the fullest. He enjoyed breeding and raising roosters and dogs, playing cards, his football games, and relaxing Sundays with friends. Ray will be truly missed by all who knew him.

Preceding him in death were his father, Teddy Evan Morrison, and several uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Survivors include his mother, Minnie "Ruth" Haynes; son, Drew Morrison; grandson, Xavier Morrison; brother, Dennis "Rex" Morrison; half-sister, Betty Allen; and special friends, Red Lawson, James Light, Randy Light, Matt Hyatt, and Russell Stanley.

The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Hamlett-Dobson Fall Branch Chapel. A memorial service celebrating Ray's life will be conducted at 8:00 p.m., with Rev. Randy Mullinex officiating.

Memorial contributions may be given to an organization of the donor's choice.
