Debbie Winegar

Debbie Winegar, 60, Kingsport, died at 5:58 pm on Wednesday March 23, 2016 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. A lifelong resident of Kingsport, she was employed with Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center for 38 years. Debbie never met a stranger, especially children. She was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church and a former Sunday School Teacher.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gladys and Joe Fink.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Bobby Winegar of Kingsport; special great-nephew, Rae Rae Fink of Kingsport, "The love of her life"; 2 sisters, Margaret Henson and husband, Ronnie of Church Hill, and Sue Fink of Kingsport; 2 brothers, Rick Fink of Kingsport, and Roger Fink and wife, Connie of Kingsport; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12-2:00 pm at Sunrise Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm with Rev. Kelly Dykes and Rev. Clint Ramey officiating. Burial will follow at Depew's Chapel Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jo Jo Fink, Robby Fink, Lloyd Booker, Gene Egan, Jason Jones and Steve Schofield.
