Deborah Ann Archer

Deborah Ann Archer, 67, passed away August 24th, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by family, and with her father (Luther McNutt) to greet and carry her home. She was born April 17th, 1956, in Flint, MI. The family later relocated to Kingsport, TN, where she attended Ketron High School. Deborah married the love of her life, Daniel, on April 16th, 1974, in Burnsville, NC, as they began life in the military. The Air Force gave them opportunities to live in TX, CO, NC, AZ, SC, Spain, and OH, and she raised three rambunctious kids while Daniel served in Desert Storm. The Archers settled in Mt Carmel, TN, after 20 years of military service. She loved spending time with friends, cooking, watching YouTube, playing slots, and bingo night. She also loved vacations with family in Gatlinburg and the beach.

Deborah leaves behind her husband, Daniel Archer, after 50 amazing years, mother, Eva McNutt; sister, Betty Woods, brother, Tommy McNutt; sons, Dustan Archer (Michelle) and Brandon Archer (Yasuha); daughter, Amber Harper (Thomas), sister-in-law, Susan Quillen; nieces, Misty, Candice, and Jessi; grandchildren, Brynley, Jett, Emily, Katie, Matthew, and Rachel; along with several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date.
