Deborah (Debbie) Ann Gilliam

Deborah (Debbie) A. Gilliam, 66, of Kingsport, passed away Friday evening at Indian Path Medical Center following an extended illness due to cancer. Debbie was born in Kingsport and had lived in Dayton, Ohio for 35 years and returned to Kingsport in 1992. She was an avid bowler and lover of cats.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Gilliam; father, Archie Meade; brother, Terry Meade; and grandparents, Nellie and Walter Bullis.

Debbie is survived by her mother, Mrs. Ruth Meade; brother, Chuck Meade and wife, Beth; stepdaughter, Kitty Bishop and husband, Dale; along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be conducted, Monday, July 22, 2019 at 11 a.m. at East Tennessee Cemetery and Crematory with Minister Jason Royston officiating.
