Debra Richardson Collins

Debra Richardson Collins, born January 29, 1960, of Kingsport, went to be with Jesus Sunday, May 3, 2015. She was a precious mother, grandmother, faithful wife, daughter, sister, friend, and a special person.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Collins; father, Alfred Lee Richardson, Sr.; and her brother, Alfred Lee Richardson, Jr.

Debra is survived by her husband, Jerry Collins; daughter, April Collins Taylor and husband, Danny "Tater"; sons, Toby Collins, Joshua Collins and wife, Amanda, and Cory Collins and wife, Mary; seven grandchildren, Amber Taylor, Daniel Taylor, Devan Collins, Blake Collins, Jordyn Collins, Sophia Smith, and Dalton Smith; three step-grandchildren, Brian Young, Shawn Young, and Amanda Baker; mother, Phyllis Richardson; sister, Kim Bragg and husband, Chris; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 7 to 10 pm at Yuma Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ or anytime at the home, 1228 Fairview Ave., Kingsport.

The funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 am at Yuma Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ with Pastor Margaret Price officiating. The burial will follow at Walkers Fork.

Pallbearers will be Danny Taylor, Andrew Collins, Anthony Collins, Darrell Blevins, Jake Richardson, Brian Young, Chris Bragg, Tom Collins, Larry Collins, and Curtis Collins. Honorary pallbearers will be Billy "Bones" Beasley, Joe Richardson, and Clinton Blevins.
