Delmara Dean Arthur

Delmara Dean Litz Arthur, 58, Blountville, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 27, 2013. Born in Johnson City, TN, she has resided most of her life in Blountville.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jackie Wayne Reese, Jr.; her father, Kenneth Dean Litz; and her mother, Janet Sue Paris.

She is survived by her husband, Robin Arthur of Kingsport; her daughter, Janna Chaya Sipp and husband, Darryl of South Holland, IL; her son, Joseph Aaron Reese of Blountville; grandchild, Ceana Inez Sipp; stepmother, Janice Sue Litz of Blountville; sister, Darlene Bingaman and husband, Chuck of IN; brothers, Steven Litz of Blountville, Mike Litz and wife, Amy of Blountville, and Bryon Paris of IN; and several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. Services will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Gary Calhoun officiating.
