Linda Diane Galloway Peake, 54, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and was a member of Rock Springs United Methodist Church. Diane was a graduate of Sullivan High School. She had been employed with Fluor Daniels prior to starting her own faux painting business. Diane was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to many. She had numerous hobbies.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ben Galloway.
Diane is survived by her husband, Kemp Peake; son, Benji Arnold and wife, Megan of Blountville; step-son, Zac Peake of Marion, VA; step-daughter, Jade Peake of Chilhowie, VA; four grandchildren, Augustus, Arthur, Isaac and Ian; mother, Susie Galloway of Kingsport; three sisters, Brenda Hogan of Knoxville, Bonnie Harvey and husband, Eddie of Maynardville, and Vickie McGill of Knoxville; and several niece, nephews and her three dogs.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 20th at 7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson, Fall Branch.
