Donald 'Donnie' Ward
Donald "Donnie" Ward, 56, of Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord Friday, January 16, 2009.
Preceding him in death were his father, Paul Ward; grandmother, Grace Holder; a nephew, Josh Calhoun; and his stepfather, Fred Ellis.
Surviving are one daughter, Tricinia Overbay of Johnson City, TN; one son, Donald Paul Ward of Kingsport; five grandchildren; his mother, Marion Ellis; two sisters, Sabrina Calhoun and husband Robert of Kingsport, Debbie Simpson and husband Robert of Kingsport; one brother, Allen Ward and wife Sandy of Kingsport; several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Monday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport and at the home of his mother. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Jerry Musick officiating. Graveside services will follow at North Fork Cemetery in Rogersville.
Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.
