Donna M. Crouse, 64, of Kingsport passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2007 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
Born and raised in Lafayette, Indiana, she had lived in southwest Virginia and northeast Tennessee since 1984.
Donna attended First Assembly of God in Kingsport.
She is survived by her son, David Crouse and wife Christy, Knoxville; daughter, Delisa Dawson and husband Kent, Houston, Texas; and one sister, Lorna Sherwin and husband, Ken, Lafayette, Indiana.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2 p.m. Sunday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.
Services will follow at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home with Pastor Carl Kelleher officiating.
Burial will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens in Lafayette, Indiana.
