She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Sylvia Parker.
Donna is survived by an aunt, uncles and cousins. She is also survived by her friends, Waymon and Mary Ferrell of Kingsport, Jackie Vestal of Bluff City, Delores Keller of Kingsport, Connie Smith of Kingsport, and her caretakers at Greystone Health Care.
Burial will be in Wytheville West End Cemetery with her mom and dad.
