Dora E. Elsie Wagner

Dora E. Wagner Elsie, born to Isaac and Rosa Hite on August 29, 1933 in Fordtown, went to be with the Lord Monday, November 22, 2010 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.

She resided in Gray for several years where she attended Buffalo Ridge Baptist Church. She then moved to Kingsport where she was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church. Elsie loved life and her family. She was a friend to everyone she met, loved her church family and going out to eat.

Elsie is preceded in death by her parents; first husband Robert L. Sells; second husband
S. Harold Wagner, Sr.; and her sister Loretta Adams.

Survivors include two daughters: Janet W. Bullis of Kingsport, Rosa S. Gregory and husband Patrick of NC, five step-children: Carol Rerisi and husband Duke of Virginia, Sandra Miller and husband Johnny of Gray, S. Harold Wagner, Jr. and wife Donna of NC, Steve Wagner and wife Teresa of NC, Sharon Prince of NC; one brother: Johnny Hite and wife Sherry of PA; five half siblings: Harold Hite and wife Betty, David Hite, Robert Hite, Inza Gibson and husband Clark, Paul Hite and wife Mae all of TN; twelve grandchildren: Jason Boyd, Robert Dingus, Jessica Gregory, Ashley Gregory, Blake Bullis, Elizabeth Canady, Heather Blevins, John Miller, Rusty Wagner, Cameron Jones, Chase Wagner, Casey Wagner; two great-grandchildren: Kiah Neale and Roan Boyd; along with several special cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 26, 2010 at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport. The service will begin at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Kelly Dykes and Rev. Paul Hite officiating.

The graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at Tri City Memory Gardens.
