Elizabeth Dunn

Elizabeth ?Lizzie? Dunn, 96, of Kingsport, died Monday night, July 16, 2007, at SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation-Hillside after an extended illness.

She was a lifelong resident of Sullivan County and a homemaker. Mrs. Dunn was a member of Sunset Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Roy Dunn; one daughter, Phyllis Sandidge; one son, Kenneth Dunn; four grandchildren, Angie, Vickie, Joan, and Jeff; five sisters; and two brothers.

Surviving are one daughter, Molly Bartley, Kingsport; three sons, Alvin Dunn of the home, James Dunn, Pascagoula, Mississippi; David A. R. Dunn, Kingsport; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport with Rev. J. W. Depew officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday at the funeral home immediately following the funeral service.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Tri-Cities Memory Gardens. Family members and friends attending the graveside service should meet at the cemetery.
