Elizabeth M. Ketron

Elizabeth M. Ketron, 84, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 18, 2016, at Wexford House. She was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and was a member of Kingsley United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lymon Ketron; son, Randall Ketron; granddaughter, Shira Ketron; parents, Acy and Myrtle Minton; sister, Alice Marie Foutch; and three brothers, Junior, Stanley, and James Minton.

Elizabeth is survived by her two sons, Dwight Ketron and wife Patsy, and Dennis Ketron and wife Debra; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and special neighbors, Chad and Patti Self.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, November 21, 2016 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. with Rev. Ray Amos, Sr. officiating.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at East Lawn Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be L.T. Ketron, Landon Ketron, Casey Lewis, Logan Lewis, Nathan Foutch, Bryson Cox, Brayden Ramsey, and Colton Ketron.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kingsley United Methodist Church, 2828 Bloomingdale Road, Kingsport, TN 37660; or Alzheimer's Association, 2020 Meadowview Pkwy #100, Kingsport, TN 37660.
